The leftmost column is the name of the ASE concept. The Base Measurement Concept Name is the concept name of the numeric measurement content item. The modifiers column specifies a set of modifiers for the base measurement concept name. Each modifier consists of a modifier concept name (e.g. method or mode) and its value (e.g. Continuity).
